The creation of a dataset is very easy. In the Compound property browser select some records, click on "add selected records to basket" icon 
in the command panel, create a new set and name it or select an existing one and click submit. The selection of records can be simplified with the use of filters, e.g. all records of article A with Property AB and a molecular mass above 200 Da.
