The alerts include filters used to identify toxic, reactive or unstable compounds, potential carcinogenic or mutagenic compounds, frequent hitters, such as general class of pan assay interference compounds PAINS or very specific ones, e.g. interfering with HIS-Tag based screens using AlphaScreenTM technology. In total more than 15 classes of filters collected from more than 30 sources are available on the web site.
